Subject: Lift Boil Advisory
The City of Mansfield Water Repair Department has lifted the boil advisory affecting the
following areas:
447, 439, 435, 431, and 425 James Avenue
855, 875, and 871 Lexington Avenue / DBA, Rite Aid, Donatos, Park National Bank
460, 440, 434,430, and 414 West Cook
All Samples have returned with negative results confirming water purity. This was a precautionary
measure.
