Subject: Boil advisory issued
Due to a water main repair it will be necessary to issue a boil advisory for the following area:
South Diamond Street from Davidson Street to Park Avenue East
North Diamond Street from Park Avenue East to East Sixth Street
Includes Streets bounded north and east
Luther Street, Reform Street, Beethoven Street, Rembrandt Street and Woodville Road from South Diamond Street to Reform Street
East Sixth Street from Diamond Street to Newman Street
Newman Street from Sixth Street to Olivesburg Road
Olivesburg Road from Newman Street to Fleming Falls Road, Includes streets bounded east
Davidson Street from South Diamond Street to Oak Street
Includes street bounded west of Davidson Street
Oak Street from Davidson Street to Bushnell Street
Bushnell Street from Oak Street to Park Avenue East.
Ashland Road from Park Avenue East to 1060 Ashland Road / Krogers
Includes street bounded north and west
Under a boil advisory it is suggested that all consumed water be brought to a rolling boil for a full 3 minutes prior to consumption. This is a precautionary measure to be taken until samples can be tested to confirm water purity. A notice will be issued at the completion of the test.
