Mansfield, OH– We want to thank the citizens and our employees for being patient while we
work through this pandemic. We are continuing to monitor the ongoing COVID cases in Central
Ohio and adhering to safety recommendations. Effective Monday, January 25, 2021, the
Mansfield City Municipal Building will be open to the general public. Some offices may still be
operating with limited staffing so we strongly encourage visitors to call ahead before coming into
the building. You can access the city directory at https://ci.mansfield.oh.us/city-directory. Our
employees are working diligently to ensure we are providing excellent service to our citizens
during these difficult times.
Virtual City Council meetings will continue as in the recent past – online on Facebook

The lobby of Utility Collections will remain closed until further notice but water/sewer
payments can still be made on-line or by utilizing the drive-thru window at Utility
Collections.
Our Safety Forces will continue to serve our community with no changes.
