Subject: Search Warrant
During the late hours of February 9, 2021, METRICH Enforcement Unit detectives
executed a search warrant at 597 Lida St. The search warrant was generated after
Richland County Probation Officers conducted a routine check on probationer Robert
H. Arrington IV.
During the search detectives seized approximately 40 grams of suspected cocaine, 16
grams of suspected crack cocaine, 13 grams of suspected heroin, and miscellaneous
prescription pills. Also seized was $4,792.00 in American currency believed to be the
product of illegal activity.
Mr. Arrington is being held at the Richland County Jail pending drug trafficking and
possession-related charges.
METRICH Commander Lt. Jason Bammann stated that again it was the collaboration
between METRICH and local authorities that removed not just narcotics but a career
narcotics trafficker from our community
