Subject:  Scheduled Phone Outage

Mansfield, OH–Due to the migration to our new phone system, the phone numbers to the City of Mansfield will be down on Wednesday, April 14th beginning at approximately 8:00 AM. Various departments will be coming back up throughout the day as the IT Department gets the new phones installed and logged into the system. It could take 24 hours for all lines to be restored.

The 911 Emergency lines WILL NOT BE AFFECTED.
