Subject: Road Closure
Due to special event activities it will be necessary to close sections of the following roads
while the events are taking place.
Diamond Street from East First Street to East Third Street.
Park Avenue from Walnut Street to Adams Street.
Main Street from West Second Street to West Third Streets
South Franklin Avenue from Park Avenue East to South Adams Street.
North Park Street.
South Park Street.
The area will be closed at 3pm December 31, 2023 and is expected to reopen by 3am
January 1.2024. Construction signs will be posted at the work site. Traffic is advised to
plan an alternate route to avoid possible delays.
